The Journal of Finance and Management is committed to publishing high-quality, impactful research across the diverse fields of finance and management. To ensure the scholarly rigor and consistency of all publications, we kindly request that all authors meticulously review and adhere to these guidelines for the preparation and submission of their manuscripts. Strict compliance with these standards is paramount for a successful evaluation process and the eventual publication of your article.
1. Aims & Scope and Types of Articles
The Journal of Finance and Management, under the patronage of the GAFM Global Academy of Finance and Management, publishes original research articles that contribute significantly to theoretical understanding and practical application in the following key thematic areas: Finance, Accounting, Project Management, Economics, Risk, International Negotiations, Governance, Cybersecurity, Artificial Intelligence, Marketing, Logistics, Leadership, Data Analysis, Auditing, and Corporate Sustainability.
We primarily accept empirical or theoretical research reports with novel findings and scientific meta-analysis articles. The submission of a well-executed meta-analysis study, when relevant to the research topic, is highly encouraged and will be viewed favorably during the review process. Please note that all submissions should advance scholarly discourse within our stated scope.
2. Originality and Exclusivity
All submitted manuscripts must be original and unpublished, not having been previously published nor currently under consideration for publication elsewhere. Simultaneous submission to multiple journals is strictly prohibited. Plagiarism, in any form, will result in the immediate rejection of the manuscript and a permanent ban on future submissions to this Journal.
3. Research Ethics and Conflict of Interest
The Journal adheres to the highest standards of research ethics. Authors must ensure their studies were conducted in accordance with all applicable ethical guidelines, including obtaining informed consent, securing Institutional Review Board (IRB) or ethics committee approval (where required), and protecting participant privacy. Any research involving human subjects or animals must comply with international and national ethical norms.
Furthermore, authors are required to disclose any financial or non-financial conflict of interest that could potentially influence the research outcomes or their interpretation. This declaration must be explicitly stated in a dedicated section within the manuscript.
4. Manuscript Preparation
Manuscripts must be prepared according to the following specifications, aligned with best practices for high-impact journals:
File Format: Only files in .doc or .docx (Microsoft Word) format will be accepted.
Language: Articles must be written exclusively in English. Authors are encouraged to provide a high-quality English version suitable for peer review.
Font and Spacing: Use Times New Roman, 12pt font size, with double spacing throughout the manuscript.
Margins: Maintain 1-inch (2.5 cm) margins on all sides.
Word Count: Limit the main body of the text to 7,000 words (excluding abstract, references, tables, and figures).

5. Double-Blind Peer Review Process
To ensure impartial evaluation, the Journal employs a double-blind peer-review system. This means that the identities of both authors and reviewers will remain anonymous throughout the evaluation process. To facilitate this, authors must:
Remove any identifying information (names, affiliations, acknowledgements, etc.) from the main body of the manuscript and the Word file properties.
Cite previous works by the authors themselves in the third person or in a manner that does not reveal authorship.
6. Submission Process via the OJS Platform
The submission process is entirely managed through our Online Journal System (OJS) platform. Please follow these steps carefully:
Registration: The corresponding author must have a complete and active profile on the Journal of Finance and Management OJS platform.
Login: Log in to the platform.
New Submission: Initiate a "New Submission" and follow the 5-step process:

7. Article Processing Charge (APC)
To cover the costs of editorial processing, platform maintenance, and dissemination, the Journal of Finance and Management levies an Article Processing Charge (APC) of US$ 89.00 (Eighty-Nine US Dollars) per article accepted.
Purpose: This fee is allocated to cover operational costs of the editorial process, including platform management, technical support, dissemination, and maintaining the necessary infrastructure for publication.
Non-Refundable: The APC is non-refundable, regardless of the outcome of the article's evaluation (acceptance, rejection, or withdrawal). Payment only guarantees the initiation of the evaluation process.

Please use the following example link to make the payment: https://payment.example.com/journal-finance-management (this is an example link and should be replaced with the Journal's actual payment link).
